Message	You always seem to want hard and fast numbers to prove something one way or another. Wether it be tuning, product developement, or product comparison. So why, now, are you accepting such a vague explanation for a part as major as a turbo which, IMO, would require the strictest of tolerances given the nature of it's operation and the environment it operates in. You really think it's a toss up as to wether you get good turbos or not? Sounds like bullshit to me.
